Wednesday weeding & scones with jam

Hooray, Autumn is bringing rain!! As always everyone is welcome to come along to HOPE Bush Club activities. On Wednesday 20th April, from 8.30 till 9.30 I’ll be at the Alfreton bush weeding. Come along and help, bring your water and share some scones after. Children should be supervised. BUT – if it’s still stormy common sense will prevail and I won’t be there…here’s hoping we can make a good dent in the weeds before they grow.

Winter Inter-school Sport

The winter competition is for Year Six students. Some Year Fives fill the gaps as needed. Other Year Fives stay at school and have a special sport session of interest to them. We play home or away most Fridays in Term Two – Interschool Winter Fixtures 2016. Note the second page of this document to see the sports, competing schools and their venues. We always need adult help in coaching and umpiring.
