Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays

Have a wonderful time with those you love and if this Christmas is a difficult or sad time for you, look to your future and know that your children are a wonderful blessing.

Here are some ideas to keep children fit & healthy (and busy)…
Make a tabloid activity using toys and soft objects. Set an hour glass to start off each new station.
Sort socks into pair balls and practise juggling or shooting baskets with them.
Have a treasure hunt.
Play under a sprinkler.
Wash anything in your bathers.
Make ice-cream treats with frozen yogurt.
Make up a skipping, dance, gym or swimming routine. Watch the finished product with music & popcorn.
Enjoy your family!
