More help is needed. Can you help? We are about to start cross-country fitness training. Please reply to glengarry.ps@education.wa.edu.au if you are an adult happy to stand on a track post for children to run by. Training will be from 8:45 to 9:05 am on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please collect your Hi Viz vest and I.D. Card by 8:40, on the oval…it’s easy but essential to ensure children are safe for the whole course.
Cross country running helps develop strong mental skills and builds an improved sense of discipline towards running, other sports and life in general.
